Sources close to the event told MMAjunkie.com verbal agreements are in place for the fight.
The bout could take place at UFC on Versus 3 on March 3 or UFC 129 on March 19, though neither show has been officially announced.

rivalry and take on a third fight with Frank Mir,
according to UFC president Dana White.
During a special Q&A session today with UFC Fight Club fans in
Germany, the executive addressed a rumor of the potential rubber match
that arose immediately following Lesnar's loss to Cain Velasquez this
past month at UFC 121.
And while White hasn't spoken to Lesnar as of late, he is not
necessarily opposed to the idea of a third meeting between the two

A heavily bruised and bloodied face underscored just how tough of a fight it was, but Schaub was feeling none of that.
Instead, he was enjoying something his previous two wins didn't provide: satisfaction.
