Covington, who was stripped of the interim title he won by defeated Rafael dos Anjos at UFC 225 earlier this year, took to Twitter to call for a showdown with Woodley at Madison Square Garden. That of, course, is the site of UFC 230, which takes place on Nov. 3 and does not yet have a headliner confirmed.
Covington also had a message for Till, who was overwhelmed after stepping up to take the fight. “The Gorilla” suffered his first loss in 19 professional outings at the hands of Woodley. According to Covington, Till was "never ready for primetime.".@Twooodley Tyrone! You didn't blow it!!! Time for you to come see me in @TheGarden.
