Jacobs (32-1, 29 KOs) has his WBA 160-pound title on the line in the biggest middleweight unification bout in years. “Miracle Man” has promised the knockout upset ever since the fight was made official and he is the personification of a live underdog. The popular cancer survivor looked as equally ready and sculpted as his foe did and when Jacobs stepped onto the scale, he nailed it. Jacobs, from Brooklyn, came in a few ounces heavier at 159.8 pounds.
The action goes live on HBO Pay-Per-View beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
