UFC Fight Night Salaries: Lyoto Machida Earns Event-High $200K Paycheck

Former light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida garnered the largest payday at UFC Fight Night on June 27, as he earned $200,000 in his loss to Yoel Romero in the evening’s headliner.
The Florida State Boxing Commission recently released salaries from the event. UFC Fight Night “Machida vs. Romero” took place at Seminole Hard Rock and Casino in Hollywood, Fla.

Strikeforce veteran Lorenz Larkin was the card’s other top earner, taking home $66,000 for his second-round technical knockout victory over Santiago Ponzinibbio ($10,000) in a welterweight affair.

bonuses that may be awarded to a fighter by the promotion.
Additionally, the reported figures do not reflect any deductions
made by the commission for taxes, insurance, etc., and do not
